Home Consultation Walkthrough
The Proud House will come to your home and do a deep dive into the areas that could benefit from some staging advice. We will go room to room with you and give advice on every aspect of what a buyer is looking for and what we can do to help create that environment. After the consultation you will have a detailed report on next steps to either DIY or set up a half or full staging day with The Proud House.
Half Staging Day
In this 4-hour session, The Proud House will come with a plan based on the Home Consultation Walkthrough and target the areas in the home that need the most focus to prepare for sale. We will highlight the home in the best possible light so your listing stands out from comparable homes at the same price point.
Full Staging Day
In this 8 -hour session, The Proud House will come with a plan based on the Home Consultation Walkthrough and work on every room of the house to prepare it for sale.

Shopping
Don't have the time to go shopping for your list items from your staging report? We understand and can help! The Proud House will shop for your items and bring them to your door so you have everything you need to get your house ready for sale. All receipts will be provided.
